CARD Bank has recently launched konek2CARD, a mobile application that provides clients with a seamless banking experience anytime and anywhere through their smartphones. This app offers an array of features that allow clients to conveniently manage their savings and loan accounts.

The Inquiries feature enables clients to access information on their accounts, including balance inquiry, mini-statement, transaction history, e-statement, and fee structure. Clients can also make hassle-free digital payments for goods and services by scanning konek2CARD Merchant QR codes using the konek2PAY feature.

The Self-Initiated feature empowers clients to initiate transactions such as cardless withdrawals, cash-out requests via QR codes, client-initiated payments for weekly dues, fund transfers to other CARD Bank accounts or external banks/e-wallets via InstaPay, buy load, pay bills, and make remittances.

The Agent feature offers various services including agent-assisted payments, cash-in transactions, cash-out completions, accepting bills payments, selling prepaid load, and facilitating remittances.

The Merchant feature allows merchants to accept customer payments through QR codes.

The app also includes additional features like ATM location finder, product and service information, bank news updates, and direct access to customer service through the contact details provided.

For compatibility purposes, this app requires Android 5.1 or higher with at least 1 GB RAM.
